Leigh Bongiovanni is a dedicated small business owner and licensed cosmetologist specializing in men’s haircuts, perms, and event hair styling. Growing up in a hairstyling environment, she always knew this was her passion, cherishing the creative freedom and strong relationships she builds with clients.
Outside of work, Leigh enjoys concerts, road trips, hiking, and exploring her interests in crystal healing and sports, all while relishing the joy of working alongside her best friend at Xclusively For You.
Madison Mondero
Licensed Cosmetologist/Esthetician/Hair Stylist Assistant
Madison Mondero is a dedicated assistant and licensed New Jersey State Cosmetologist specializing in scalp treatments and curling. With a passion for working with her hands, she thrives on making clients look and feel their best. Madison’s love for the hairstyling industry stems from the joy of connecting with people, and she finds motivation in the delightful conversations she shares with clients each day.
Outside of the salon, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling, with memorable trips to Greece and the Outer Banks. Madison treasures her role at Xclusively For You, where she appreciates the supportive environment fostered by her amazing bosses, Sherri and Leigh.
David Bunting
Marketing & Social Media ManagerDavid Bunting is our Marketing and Social Media Manager. He developed our website and runs our social media platforms, (Instagram & Facebook). He is a very driven and hardworking member of the team who is always looking for new ways to enhance our brand and engage with our customers.
As a senior college student, David is passionate about marketing and continuously seeks opportunities to grow his skills. His dedication, creativity, and ambition drives him to be the best marketer he can be.
Outside of the salon, he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, watching animated shows, and meeting new people.
